Will I see results after my session?
We have a really great result rate, but every client's results will vary. Every session needs to be followed up with a great food and water routine, SPf and care. Maintenance is key.

What is the best facial option for me?
We have so many options for rejuvenating, hydrating and anti-aging. They are all wonderful, but for the best facial option for your skin, it's best to schedule a consult with our Licensed Esthetician to create a customized facial that targets and addresses your concerns.

Is Red Light, NIR, & IR Light is safe?
Yes. It is used to beautify the skin with amazing results. FDA Approved therapeutic grade lights are offered here, in a range that is beneficial to the body. There are no harmful rays, and no UV or Laser light associated with this type of facial.

Do you sell packages?
Yes. We sell multiple sessions at a discount for duplicating menu options. Also, ask about our custom tailored packages combining menu options to create an optimal skin routine that will boost results. See our Gallery for examples.

Do you offer coupons or discounts?
Yes. You can find coupons for in-spa specials in the spa lobby. We announce sales and events on our home page. Receive a $25 Referral credit for each referral you make. We attend events in the community where there are free services, deep discounts, and gifts are passed out with participation. Come out and explore the community with us.
The easiest way to save money, is to schedule a consultation, so that our Licensed Esthetician can narrow down the services that will benefit you and help you to reach your skin goals. This will ultimately save you money on unnecessary sessions, and the consultation is free.

Where can I book an appointment?
Online booking is available on the home page, click the button for options to book our limited service menu. If you find something special on our full service menu, please call us at 951-309-0184. It is always faster if you text over your request, someone will text you back with availability.

Are your products clean?
We offer all types of products, but we pride ourselves on the natural options we make available for our clients who live a clean life. We have 100% natural products, ECO cert products, fragrance free products, non-invasive skincare free of junk. Ask about our natural alternatives.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday- Sunday. Appointments are necessary, we do not take walk-ins but it may be possible to get a same day appointment. Please call to check for availability.

Do you contract events?
No. Not at this time, but we will be offering mobile services soon.
Do you offer payment terms?
It is possible to pay in installments by booking and checking out on our website only. Choose Paypal and then the pay later option.

Do you offer +1 appointments?
Yes. Please bring your friend or relative with you to experience dual appointments, offered with Bio+ Facial, Photo Facials, & Blue Light Combo. Not offered for other services.

Is your location COVID safe?
Yes. We are trained in COVID sanitation and disinfection protocols and have been certified to implement clean practices utilized in the prevention of the spread of COVID. Your professional wears a mask for each and every session.

How old do you have to be to make an appointment for service?
There is no age limit to receive our services but if you are under the age of 18, you need your parent/guardian to come in and sign a parental consent form.

How long are your sessions?
Sessions run from 30 minutes to 120 minutes long, please check for service times in our service menu. Add-ons are typically 10-15 minutes long and can be added to the appointment, this may or may not change the length of your appointment time. Please specify your add-ons when booking, so that we can schedule the appropriate amount of time for you.

How can I purchase services for someone else?
There are two most common ways to purchase for someone else, the first way is to purchase a giftcard online, in the denominations of $50, $100, and $150. The second option is to purchase a service in full and we will create a voucher ID card for you to gift.
